DocsRobot
Your business forms, documents and reminders in one place
A cloud service, built Hebrew-first, where a business collects information in electronic forms, turns it into Word and PDF documents, sends them for signature and gets a reminder for every important date.
Visit the DocsRobot siteThe idea is simple. Each piece of information is entered once, into a well-organized form, and everything else is built from it. From that form you generate a document from a template, send a signature request, set a reminder and build an Excel report. You build the forms, templates and views yourself, with simple builders and ordinary Word templates, so you can start with one use and grow from there.
Small and mid-sized businesses use it, and so do units inside large organizations: for contract management, for getting client documents signed, for collecting information from outside parties and for employee reports from a phone.

- Fewer errors, thanks to required fields, form validation and an always current template.
- Important dates are not missed. A daily email lists every open item until it is marked done.
- Information is kept in the cloud, in one place, and stays with the business when employees leave.
- Clients and suppliers see well-designed forms and an orderly signing process.
Capabilities
- Form builder with drag-and-drop fields, sections, calculated fields and show or hide conditions.
- Document generator from Word templates with placeholders, with Word or PDF output.
- Electronic signature from a computer or a phone, on Comsign infrastructure, with multiple signers, ID documents and password protection.
